I left the corporate world quite arrogantly, proclaiming I was a "Corporate Dropout." I even gave my podcast that moniker, initially! I had no idea how much I was about to be cut down to size via entrepreneurship. But thank God for those hard lessons, because it led me to my calling: coaching, but specifically habits and high-performance coaching.

I've been coaching people in various areas of life (unofficially) since college and in 2021, I became a certified coach through Cayla Craft and Dr. Jenn Chrisman. But it wasn't until I tuned in to habits being the way to upgrade your life that it became my true vocation.

Lao Tzu said, "Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Watch your actions, for they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny." I agree with him.

The program is 90 days - does the clock start the day I sign up?

No - you'll get extra time! For simplicity's sake, you'll be in a cohort with others who enrolled the same month. If you join earlier in the month, you get a "head start," so to speak.

 

Your 90 days officially begins on the 1st of the month after your enrollment, and your cohort ends on the last day of the second month after that. (For example, if you enrolled on October 2, your 90 days would start on November 1 and would end on January 31.)

The program is 90 days with a "Love it or Leave It" renewal policy... what does that mean?

The program runs for 90 days - from the 1st of the month after your enrollment month until the last day of the second month after enrollment. (See example above.) This gives us enough time to work together to start and stop critical habits that will get the needle moving in your life.

 

If at the end of the 90 days you "love it" and want to re-up for another 90 and unlock another level of growth, you can do so at a lower monthly investment level that will not include the 1:1 coaching bonus. Or, you can "leave it."

 

Note that as a founding member, you'll maintain access to the community for the lifetime of the program.

What types of calls are included in the program?

There is a weekly Habit Huddle - which group "hot seat" coaching, bi-weekly group training, and monthly guest speaker training.

What day and time is the weekly Habit Huddle (hot seat style) group coaching?

Every week on Tuesday at 9am Pacific / 10am Mountain / 11am Central / 12pm Eastern.

What day and time is the bi-weekly group training?

Every other week on Thursdays at 1pm Pacific / 2pm Mountain / 3pm Central / 4pm Eastern.

What day and time are the guest speaker trainings?

Guest speakers will visit monthly (and hopefully more often!) and the call times will be dependent on speakers' schedules.

How will the bonus 1:1 calls be booked?

Upon signup, you'll receive an onboarding email. There will be a Calendly link for you to book your bi-weekly 1:1 calls. You get 7 in total that run 30 minutes each. You can use these for anything you need - whether it's troubleshooting a behavior design, a pep talk or love shove, or a good old-fashioned vent sesh.
