We have been taught that we shouldn't talk about money, and it's holding us back.
DO ANY OF THESE SOUND LIKE YOU?
You have big goals and worry about how you'll bring in the income to get you there.
You fear what the people you know will think of you and how they'll treat you if you become wealthy.
You've struggled financially your whole life.
You feel guilt for desiring more and feel like you should just be content with what you have now.
You're not alone.
If any of the above sound like you, there is good news. You're not alone, and you can rewire your brain to step into abundance.
TIRED OF LIVING IN LACK?
It's time to get your [money] mind right.
And I can help.
Abundance is your birthright - claim it!
Let's play two truths and a lie:
MONEY MINDSET EDITION.
TRUTH: Your brain is keeping you broke.
Your brain's primary goal is to keep you alive. Limiting beliefs in our conscious and subconscious mind create conflict in the brain and lead to self sabotage. Fears of "tribal banishment" keep us from achieving self actualization and our full potential.
Becoming aware of our brain's protection mechanisms and our own limiting beliefs is key to rewiring our brains in order to make conscious choices that will usher in abundance.
TRUTH: Money is neither good nor bad. It is an energy exchange.
We've all heard that "money is the root of all evil" when in fact, the full quote is that "the love of money is the root of all evil.
Recognizing the lies we've been programmed with is one of the first steps to freeing ourselves.
Another truth? Wealth will be in direct proportion to the level of value you create in the world.
LIE: You can't change your current financial situation.
You absolutely can change your situation. You can free yourself and bring on the riches.
Your net worth will never exceed your self worth, so increasing your confidence, reconciling your limiting beliefs with your desires, and thinking abundantly with an attitude of gratitude are important steps to rewiring your money mindset.

Books on Money
This classic by Napoleon Hill was written in 1937 and is as relevant as ever.
Commissioned by Andrew Carnegie, Hill interviewed the 500 most powerful men of the time and found that they all used the same formula to amass riches and success.
This short read by Deepak Chopra was the first book I read when I began my journey towards abundance over 8 years ago.
Short enough to read in an evening and foundational to manifesting your desires.
Written by Wallace D. Wattles in 1910, this is another classic that is still extraordinarily relevant.
Wattles says that "the desire for riches is life seeking fuller expression" and lays out the steps to creating wealth.
Part of building wealth is knowing some financial basics, and this classic by Robert Kiyosaki is a great place to start - especially if you didn't grow up in a home where wealth creation practices were taught.
Books on Reclaiming Self Love
Louise Hay takes us on a 21 day journey to falling back in love with ourselves.
What starts out as uncomfortable soon turns into a beautiful practice that will get you back to your true essence of love.
Don Miguel Ruiz shares Toltec wisdom, highlighting the fear-based beliefs and assumptions that undermine love and lead to suffering.
A must-read for anyone looking to strengthen their relationships and self love.
Books on Manifestation
Penney Peirce teaches how a shift in your frequency can change your life.
Marianne Williamson has many wonderful books, but this is a great one to start with, especially if you are looking to overcome financial stress to usher in abundance.
